How to create a ticket


  • Step 1: Open a new ticket
  • Step 2: Complete the relevant and or starred fields (*)
  • Step 3: Create the ticket


Step 1: Open a new ticket

  • In the top right of any Freshdesk page, you will find a dropdown menu called New. Click on it.
  • A menu will appear. Select New Ticket.


Step 2: Complete the relevant fields

  • Fill in all the starred fields (*)
  • Fill in any other relevant information in the pre-defined fields


Step 3: Create the ticket

  • Click on the Create button in the bottom right of the screen
