How to create a ticket
- Step 1: Open a new ticket
- Step 2: Complete the relevant and or starred fields (*)
- Step 3: Create the ticket
Step 1: Open a new ticket
- In the top right of any Freshdesk page, you will find a dropdown menu called New. Click on it.
- A menu will appear. Select New Ticket.
Step 2: Complete the relevant fields
- Fill in all the starred fields (*)
- Fill in any other relevant information in the pre-defined fields
Step 3: Create the ticket
- Click on the Create button in the bottom right of the screen
