Changing the group of a ticket
- Step 1: Navigate the properties-bar
- Step 2: Select the relevant group
- Step 3: Update
Step 1: Navigate the Properties-bar
- On the right of the page is the Properties-bar
- Scroll down till you find the Group field
Step 2: Select the relevant group
- Click on the Group field and select the relevant group based on the type of query
Step 3: Update
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Properties-bar
- Click on the Update button
