How to add a note to a ticket


  • Step 1: Navigate the ticket for the add note button
  • Step 2: Add recipients if required
  • Step 3: Add the note


Step 1: Navigate the ticket for the add note button

  • Find and click the add note button at the top left of the ticket


Step 2: Add recipients if required

  • If you would like to send a note or further the ticket with another agent, this feature can do that.
  • All private notes will be kept out of any future replies that are sent to the client.


Step 3: Add the note

  • At the bottom right of the ticket you will find the add note button. You can add the note and change the status after. Alternatively, click the arrow on the right of the add note button and select the action that you would like the system to affect.



Foot Note:
  1. The toolbar at the bottom of the ticket can be used to add formatting, attachments, indents, tables, etc.
  2. You can also attach documents that were on a previous mail in the thread by using the paperclip on the required document.
