How to find your unresolved tickets
- Step 1: Navigate to the Global Dashboard
- Step 2: Open your unresolved tickets
Step 1: Navigate to the Global Dashboard
- In the top left of the Freshdesk page you will find a toolbar
- Click the button that looks like an earpiece
- Use the menu next to the Emit icon to select the Global Dashboard
Step 2: Open your unresolved tickets
- In the center to the right you will find all the unresolved tickets per agent
- If your name does not appear in the list, click the view all button within the widget
- If your name still isn't in the list, then you have no unresolved tickets currently
