How to find your unresolved tickets


  • Step 1: Navigate to the Global Dashboard
  • Step 2: Open your unresolved tickets


Step 1: Navigate to the Global Dashboard

  • In the top left of the Freshdesk page you will find a toolbar
  • Click the button that looks like an earpiece
  • Use the menu next to the Emit icon to select the Global Dashboard


Step 2: Open your unresolved tickets

  • In the center to the right you will find all the unresolved tickets per agent
  • If your name does not appear in the list, click the view all button within the widget
  • If your name still isn't in the list, then you have no unresolved tickets currently
