How to add a company


  • Step 1: Navigate to the New menu
  • Step 2: Add the relevant company information
  • Step 3: Create the company


Step 1: Navigate to the New company page

  • In the top right of the Freshdesk page you will find the New menu
  • Select the New company option


Step 2: Add the relevant company information

  • Add the relevant info for the company/client.
  • All the following info MUST be added:
    1. Company Name
    2. Account Number - if it's for an existing client
    3. The relevant sales rep
    4. The client's domain name, i.e. emit.co.za
    5. The Health score IF the client is an ICU client
    6. The industry

Step 3: Create the company

  • Click create at the bottom of the window
