What to do with a Booking query:
- Step 1: Send the mail to the relevant Bookings person
- Step 2: Updated the properties bar accordingly
Step 1: Send the mail to the relevant booking staff
- Send the mail to the person that handles the bookings in the relevant branch
Step 2: Update the Properties Bar accordingly
- Change the status to Resolved
