What to do with a Booking query:


  • Step 1: Send the mail to the relevant Bookings person
  • Step 2: Updated the properties bar accordingly



Step 1: Send the mail to the relevant booking staff 

  • Send the mail to the person that handles the bookings in the relevant branch



Step 2: Update the Properties Bar accordingly

  • Change the status to Resolved
