Is there a POD on Winfreight?

  • If there is a POD on Winfreight, send it to the client accordingly, and remind them that their PODs are available on their portal. If the client is unsure of how to do so, send them the link to the Guides For The Customer Portal, which can be found on the Emit website or send them this link: https://emitlogistics.co.za/guide-for-customer-portal

  • If the POD is not on Winfreight, investigate with the relevant POD department (according to the delivery branch)
    Once the POD department has sent you the POD, or scanned it to Winfreight, send it to the client accordingly.
